Climate

Climate is rather temperate, but Russian people in Tver differentiate only two seasons instead of four, namely: summer and winter. Spring temperatures range from – 2 at night to + 15 during the day or even higher, it depends on some definite month. Summer is rather comfortable, maybe a little humid, but full of sunshine and fresh winds. Money.
